If tested at Covid Clinic, we are able to help the majority of travelers with any certifying paperwork that is required. Typically this certification is included in our fee (there are a few exceptions for complex papework, which is uncommon). Please note, at this time, we do not do in-person physical examinations.

Paying for your test

Covid Clinic does not contract with any insurance providers. However, we do encourage people to submit their receipt from Covid Clinic to their insurance companies for reimbursement. Your insurance company will determine if they will reimburse the test or not. Similarly, Medicare will not reimburse you for any tests you receive from Covid Clinic.  You have to pay for the test out-of-pocket.

If the expected response time for your results has passed and you still don’t have them, please reach out to our team at support@covidclinic.org.
