Is an appointment needed?
You are welcome to walk up to a testing site without an appointment. However to ensure the best experience possible, we recommend booking an appointment. Visit Book a Test to get started.
If I cancel my appointment, will I get a refund?
Yes, simply call 877-219-8378 or email (support@covidclinic.org). The Help Center team member wil confirm the services have not been used and issue a refund.
How will I get my results?
When you get your results will depend on the test you order. For more information, select which test you need here and results time will be displayed.
Is the test covered by insurance?
Covid Clinic does not contract with any insurance providers. However, we do encourage people to submit their receipt from Covid Clinic to their insurance companies for reimbursement. Your insurance company will determine if they will reimburse the test or not. Similarly, Medicare will not reimburse you for any tests you receive from Covid Clinic. You have to pay for the test out-of-pocket.
