Located on the corner of Mito Way, near the Anaheim Planning Department parking lot. This is a walk-up site. Patients will need to park and walk-up to the site.

You will receive your results through the Elation Passport app. To get this set up, please schedule a telehealth visit here prior to your appointment and a provider will walk you through setting up your Elation Passport account.

Covid Clinic does not contract with any insurance providers. However, we do encourage people to submit their receipt from Covid Clinic to their insurance companies for reimbursement. Your insurance company will determine if they will reimburse the test or not. Similarly, Medicare will not reimburse you for any tests you receive from Covid Clinic.  You have to pay for the test out-of-pocket.
