Getting treated online for COVID-19 has never been easier. And, thanks to the federal CARES Act, it comes at zero cost to you.
Connecting with our providers is easy. Here’s how:
- Hit the “connect with a provider” button
- Choose your visit time (i.e., right now or sometime later)
- Submit your patient intake form
- Get a link to your private exam room
- Tap through to meet with your provider!
After discussing your test results together, your provider will determine if COVID-19 medication should be included in your treatment plan.
*A five-minute wait time is typical during normal business hours: 7AM to 7PM PT, Monday-Sunday.
What does a treatment plan include?
Your treatment plan will be based on a number of unique factors, including, but not limited to, your age, your risk level for developing a serious infection, and how severe your symptoms are.
These factors will help your provider develop a treatment plan based on your specific needs. A plan might include one or more of the following:
- A COVID-19 pill prescription
- Over-the-counter remedies
- Isolation precautions
- Contact tracing
- Vaccine guidance
- Supplements
- Etc.
If you’re prescribed COVID-19 medication, we’ll send it to the pharmacy of your choice within 15 minutes of your consultation. You’ll be feeling back to your old self in no time!
Are you suffering from long Covid? We can help.
Tiredness and fatigue. Shortness of breath. Digestive issues.
Don’t suffer in silence. If it’s been weeks or months since you first tested positive, but you’re still experiencing Covid-like symptoms, our providers can help you develop an effective recovery plan-right now at zero cost to you with insurance.
No test results? No problem
If you’ve been exposed and are experiencing symptoms, but don’t yet have positive test results, you’re still eligible for a zero-cost-to-patient consultation.
During consultations, providers are also able to conduct disability evaluations for long-term COVID-19 symptoms, virtually proctor an at-home COVID-19 test, and write certificates of clearance.
If you’re interested in these services, simply ask your provider when you meet.
Are you eligible for COVID-19 medication?
If you’re 65 or older, or if you’ve tested positive for COVID-19, are experiencing symptoms, and are at risk for severe illness, your provider may choose to prescribe you a COVID-19 medication.
COVID-19 medications can accelerate your recovery and significantly reduce the chances of a COVID-related hospital visit.
