- You are electing not to seek reimbursement for this testing from any commercial health plan or government healthcare program, such as Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE or the VA. Instead, you are choosing to accept sole financial responsibility for the cost of the testing services.
- If you are a Medicare beneficiary or have other government or private health insurance and would like to have a claim for your COVID-19 testing submitted for reimbursement, you should not continue with the purchase of a COVID-19 test. Instead, contact your healthcare provider to discuss whether other COVID-19 testing options may be available to you.
- You will not receive a detailed invoice with information that would typically be required to file a claim with your insurance.
